			<description><![CDATA[<p>도시정비법제39조제1항제3호 관련 <span style="font-size:1rem;">조합설립인가 이후 다물권자로부터 그 소유권이나 지상권을 양수하여 여러 명이 소유하게 된 때 </span><span style="font-size:1rem;">조합원 1인으로 봄.
